How to buy a used Jetski Waverunner Seadoo or personal watercraft – PWC Video

This video is for the individual on a budget looking into buying a preowned personal watercraft for the first time. This will give you an example of basic items to check before making your purchase. Hopefully it will save you time and money. Compare many skis before deciding. Many times, the choice that is slightly higher is price is that way for a reason, and would be a better financial option.

I will post another video on how to check the compression of the engine for those of you who are unsure. It will cover items needed, and walk you through the proper process.

Chris Burger says:

A good video for those venturing out. I would also recommend a professional “purchase check” and always insist on a in water test. If not, best to walk away unless yo know what a specific problem is and how to fix it.

Wheel bearings on the trailer are another thing which gets overlooked. Check them for adequate grease.
