these only have a 16 gallon fuel tank. I doubt that they get more than 6 mpg so that limits you to a 100 mile range. a local (Maine) dealer told me it got 16mpg but I find that hard to believe. Jet boats are known for their poor fuel economy. with ethanol free fuel in Florida costing $5.00 a gallon and up you are looking at a toy that costs $1.00 a mile to operate.

They really ARE awesome! BUT… for now they’re mainly just for trail riding, not actual off roading like you can do with a standard atv. Imagine bottoming out on a rock with that thing like so often is done with a 4-wheeler…. one rock into the hull and your jet ski application is over…. But awesome for those who stick strictly to trail / dirt road riding.
